Chicken cassorole

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)1 cup chopped onions1 10.75oz can cream of chicken soup1tsp salt (optional)1 tsp pepper4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced with skin on1 12oz can corn with juice1/4 water
Directions
boil chicken, shred with forks
grill onions, mix chicken and onions
mix corn, water, corn juice with chicken soup
Spray the bottom of a 2 qt glass baking dish(11x9 inch). Cover the bottom of the dish with a layer of potatoes and a layer of chicken. Pour half of soup mixture over this. Add another layer of potatoes and chicken, pour remaining soup mixture over this also. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350°F.
