Roasted Garlic Indian inspired HUmmus

I.5 cups chickpeas 4 cloves of garlic 3 roasted 1 chopped fine1 tbsp tahini1/2 a lemon's juicechickpea liquid1/4 tsp coriander1/4 tsp cuminsalt and pepper to taste
puree all items in your food processor. I like mine a bit chunky so mine isn't that fine. Salt and pepper after to taste. Refrigerate to let flavours really merge, but good right away as well! Serve with pita chips, or spread on a tortilla for a gourmet wrap.
