Pineapple Muffins

All purpose flour, 2 cupsBaking Powder, 3 tspSalt, 0.5 tspEgg, 1 largeVegetable Oil, 0.25 cupGranulated Sugar, 0.5 cupMilk, 1%, 1 cupDrained crushed pineapple, 0.75 cup
Preheat oven to 400F and grease 24 muffin cups.
Combine the dry mix in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, beat egg and add oil, sugar, milk and pineapple, (making sure the pineapple is well drained).
Add wet mix to dry mix and stir until combined but lumpy.
Fill muffin cups half full.
Bake 20-25 min. at 400F.
