Grilled Chicken Strips with Cilantro-Lime Pesto

Ingredients
2 cups fresh packed cilantro leaves2cloves of garlic1 or 2 jalepeno chillies seeded and stemmed1/4 cup dry roasted peanutsjuice and zest of 1 lime1 tbs of soy sauce (kikkomon has no sugar)1tsp seasame oil3 tablespoons olive oilvegetable oil spray1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
Directions
In food processor, puree cilantro, garlice, chilies, peanuts, lime zest and juice, soy sauce, seasame oil, and salt. Add olive oil and process until smooth, about 1 minute.

Spray chicken strips with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on hot grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, turning once until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve chicken over brown rice (not included in nutrition info) with pesto over the top.
