Waldorf Turkey Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
1 piece smoked turkey breast, 1/2 inch thick2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise1/2 cup diced apples1 tsp lemon juice2 tbsp chopped walnutssalt & pepper to taste2 lettuce leafswhole-wheat bread
Directions
Toss apples and lemon juice.
Cut turkey breast into 1/4 in cubes, add to apple mixture.
Add walnuts and mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste, tossing gently.

Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce
