Ingredients
8 sheet of phyllo dough 2 tbsp kroger lite butter 1/4 sup Splenda Brown Sugar 1/2 cup lite Corn Syrup 2/3 cup Oats Old Fashioned oatmeal 1 cup chopped Pecans 1 tsp vanilla 3 Egg whites
Directions
preheat oven to 350

spray two mini muffin pans with nonstick spray

carefully lay four phyllo sheets out one at a time, lightly spraying with nonstick spray between each layer
cut into 12-2 inch squares with a knife or pizza cutter
place one square in each muffin section
repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and muffin pan

beat eggs whites
add remaining ingredients
spoon approximately a tbsp of mixture into each phillo sheet
bake 20-25 minutes til set up
remove and cool
