Iced Mocha Latte

Ingredients
16 packets Splenda2 Tablespoons Nesquik chocolate powder2 Tablespoons I\instant coffee granules2 Cups boiling water2 Cups fat-free half and half, dividedOptional: Frozen whipped topping and chocolate curls for garnish (not included in calorie count)
Directions
1. Combine Splenda, Nesquik cocoa, and coffee in a small bowl. Whisk in boiling water until blended.
2. Stir in 1 cup half and half. Pour mixture into ice cube trays. Freeze 8 hours.
3. Pour remaining 1 cup half and half in blender. Gradually add frozen mocha cubes, blending until smooth. Serve immediately. Granish with chocolate curls and whipped topping if desired.
