* Ground Turkey, 454 grams (remove) * Grapeseed Oil, 2 1tsp (remove) * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove) * Trader Joe's Creamy Unsalted Peanut Butter, 5 tbsp (remove) * Chicken stock, home-prepared, 0.33 cup (remove) * *Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) * *chili sauce - Sambal Oelek Paste of Chili, 0.5 tbsp (remove) * Bamboo shoots, raw, 150 grams (remove) * Water chestnuts, 1.5 cup slices (remove)
Cook turkey first in oil, 4-5 min. Add stock and peanut butter, cook 3 min. Add the rest of the ingredients, cook another 10 min. Taste, add pepper, chilipepper, and salt if needed. Or some rice wine vinegar.
Makes 6 cups, each serving is 1/2 cup. Put in lettuce leaf and eat.
