Buffalo Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
*Shady Brook Lean Ground Turkey, 1 pkg.Onions, raw, 1/2 small, gratedGarlic, 2 cloves, gratedParsley, dried, 4 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs Salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tspButter, salted, 2 tbspHot Pepper Sauce, 1/2 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup
Directions
Mix turkey, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper together. Form into 15-16 meatballs. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until no longer pink.
Melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
When meatballs are done, toss them in the hot sauce.
Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
