Low Carb Cheese Burger Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef2 cups onion, chopped2 cups celery, chopped2 Tbsp basil1 pkg. frozen spinach1 cup broccoli, chopped2 cup whipped cream6 cups chicken broth1 lb extra old cheddar10 slices bacon, fried crisp
Directions
Fry ground beef. Add onions and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add broth, spinach and broccoli and basil. Cook until boiling. Add cream and cheddar. Stir until cheese is melted. Add pepper to taste. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over each bowlful.
