Ingredients
Oyster Sauce, 48 tbspBamboo shoots, cooked, 1 cup (1/2" slices)Choi Sum (1 cup = 1 serving), 5 servingChinese Cake Noodle (1 Cup = 1 Serving), 8 serving*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 0.5 cup
Directions
Saute Choi Sum, bamboo shoots, and cabbage in oyster sauce until fork tender.
Line dish with dried cake noodle and pour vegetable mixture over the noodles with excess sauce.
Enjoy.
