Apple-Beet Chutney

Ingredients
1 Medium Granny Smith Apple peeled and grated1 golden beet peeled and grated1 beet peeled and grated3/4 cup chopped walnutsSqueeze juice from half an orange and its zest1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Mix everything together in a large bowl. Let sit in the fridge for 20 minutes, so that all the flavors mix together.
Taste very good with brie and whole grain bread (see my recipe).

Serving Size: Makes many 2 tsp servings
