4 Slices Ezekial 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread1 Cup All Whites Egg Whites1 Large Fresh Egg1/2 Cup Fat-Free Milk1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract2 Teaspoons Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg2 Teaspoons NuStevia Powder1 Large Banana
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8 inch casserole dish with non-fat cooking spray. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes and place in prepared casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients (except banana) to blender container and blend until well mixed. Pour over bread cubes and stir to mix. Allow at least 30 minutes for mixture to penetrate the bread fully. Slice banana and add to mixture, blending well. Mash down with spoon. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place in microwave oven. Microwave on high for two minutes. Serve warm or cold. Can top with Cool Whip Free or frozen yogurt (not included in calorie count). Makes 4 servings
