Amy's Best Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey1 cup quick oats1/2 cup milk, 1%1 large egg1 package (dry) Knorr's vegetable soup mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Split into 3 greased mini bread pans
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Cut loaves in half, making 6 portions.
Freezes very well for a quick lunch choice.
