Low Carb Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Ingredients
2 pounds beef round steak,or 2 pounds chip steak, or 2 pounds cube steak; cut into strips1 green bell pepper, cut in strips1 red bell pepper, cut in strips1 large onion, sliced1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced3 garlic cloves, crushed1 Tblsp olive oilKosher Salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp paprika1 tsp chili powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ground thyme1 tsp dried marjoram1 tsp dried basil
Directions
Turn crockpot on high, drizzle olive oil and cover with lid. Chop all vegetables and set aside. Crush garlic cloves. Slice meat into strips, set aside. In bowl, combine seasonings, except salt.

Season each side of meat with salt and seasoning. Place into crockpot, add vegetables on top adding the rest of the seasoning mix.Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with favorite sides!
