Haddock with Spinach and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
Chopped Spinach, 3 cupsCottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 Cup Haddock (fish), 12 oz cut into 4 piecesTomatoes,1 large, slicedBasil, 1 tspParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop spinach and microwave 1 minute on high to wilt. Put cottage cheese in food processor and whiz until smooth. Mix spinach and cottage cheese together and pour into bottom of glass baking dish. Arrange haddock fillets on top, cover with tomato slices, sprinkle basil and top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 200 for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
