Bean and meat Meatloaf

1 lb ground bison or other ground lean meat12 oz black beans cooked and drained1 cup zucchini grated1/2 cup seasoned croutons1 cup yam grated1 eggsaltpepper!/4 cup ketchup3 tsp. brown sugar!/2 tsp dry or Keen's mustard
Mix meat, beans, vegetables, croutons and egg. Season with salt and pepper(go easy as there is salt in the croutons!)
Pat into an oiled meatloaf pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350degrees F. Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard and spread on meatloaf. Return to oven and finish cooking.
