Quick Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, diced3 cups chopped onion2 tb olive oil1 bottle Pace Picante sauce (medium or hot, to taste)1 large can fat-free refried beans
Directions
Saute diced chicken with olive oil in a large dutch oven till no longer pink. Add oninons and picante and simmer on low-medium heat for 20-30 minutes. When chicken is cooked through, add refried beans to the pot and serve when beans begin to bubble. Serve on tortillas with sides of sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. A kid friendly finger food.
