Banana Tea Bread

1 1/4 cup pre-sifted flour3/4 tsp bakingsoda1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar1/ tsp salt2 eggs1 slick butter, softened2 small bananas, sliced3/4 cup sugar
in mixing bowl, combine flour,baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. set aside .Put remaining ingredients in blender container cover and puree. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until flour is moistened. Fold in nuts.
turn into greased 8x4 inch loaf pan. Bake a t325 for 50-60 minutes.Yeilds one loaf. Makes 11, 3/4 inch slices.
