Ellie Kreiger's Broccoli Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
4 c. Shredded broccoli2 c. shredded carrot (or buy already shredded broccoli slaw mix)1 tbsp.mayonaise1/2 c. greek yogurt2 tbsp. buttermilk (or milk plus a little vinegar)1 tbsp. brown mustard1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice2 tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds (toast them yourself)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the dressing from the 6 ingredients beginning with the mayo through lemon juice. Add the broccoli and carrots, and toss to thoroughly mix. Add the sunflower seeds, stir again, wrap, and refrigerate several hours before serving, for the flavors to meld.
Keeps several days in the refrig.

Serving Size: I calculated it out to 4 servings, which is approx. 1 1/2 cups per serving. You can make smaller or larger servings, and change the calorie intake
