Mexican Bean Dip Low-Fat

Ingredients
2-16 once cans Pinto Beans ( Drained and washed )1-cup chopped onion1/2-cup green bell pepper chopped2- garlic cloves1-tbs vegetable oil1-tsp chili powder2-tbs cumin ground1-tbs white vinegar2-tbs catsup1/2-tsp salt
Directions
Saute Garlic and onion in vegetable oil to soften. Add green bell Pepper and cook until soft.

In a blender or food processor add all ingredients and blend to thick consistency. Serve with high fiber organic chips.
