Low Carb High Fiber fluffly pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/8 cup flax seed meal1/8 cup Almond flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp low sodium salt (Morton Lite)1/8 cup egg beaters (egg substitute)1/4 cup and 2 tbsp Silk Almond milk1 tsp Splenda2 tbsp Smart Balance Lite
Directions
Mix all dry ingerdients than the egss and almond milk. Make the pancakes and serve with Smart Balance Light and Lite no Sugar Added Syrup.

It tastes great, it is fluffy with 0 cholesterol, low carb (7 net gram each) rich in fiber (3g each), and sugar is only 0.4 g per pancake. Very good to not add fat to your body and fill you up in the morning. Enjoy!
