Ingredients
Ingredients:*Black Beans, Unico (125 ml), 1.25 cup (remove)*corn - Green Giant-Peaches & cream (1/3 sm can), 1 cup *Grape Tomatoes (12 Tomatoes = 1 serv), 1.5 serving Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Avacado (1/2 of fruit) - MM, 2 servingGreen onion, fresh, 8 tbspCilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (prefer fresh) Lime Juice, .3 cup EVOO, 3 tbsp
Directions
Dressing - shake or blend EVOO and Lime Juice until emulsified, add black pepper

Salad -
Put all ingredients together in a bowl, dress, and let stand aprox 30 minutes to harmonize.
