2 tbsp soybean oil3 tbsp ground garlic2 tbsp red pepper dried2 tbsp vinager600 grams ox meat (one piece)1 medium carrot
1) Mix the garlic, vinager, red pepper and salt. Make small holes in the piece of meat.
2) Cut the carrot in four pieces (like sticks).
3) Put the carrots and the mixture of garlic into the holes of the piece of meat.
4)Then, heat the oil in a pression cooker and fry the piece of meat until it gets light brown, turn the meat and have it fried too.
5) Pour the water into the pression cooker and have it cook.
