serving of brown or wild rice

Directions

To a bowl add:
diced pork, crushed garlic, pepper, soya sauce - stir all together and set aside to marinade.
Into a pan over a medium heat: (no need to put a lid on pan throughout this recipe)
put oil, and onions, and cook for 2minutes, add the marinaded diced pork and stir all together cook over the medium heat for another 5 minutes. Stir occassionally.
(whilst this is cooking put rice on to cook as per package instructions).
Now to the pork mixture add the tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes over a lower heat.

The tomatoes make a natural thick sauce and when infused with the garlic and onions is absolutely yummy. I hope you enjoy.

    Very Good
I made this tonight and it turned out very good. I made a serving for four and added a bit too much garlic. But - it was still really good and satisfying. - 6/29/08
