Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup chpped onion1 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped celery2 cloves of garlic, minced1 lb. ground turkey3 oz shredded cheddar cheese24 saltines, crushed1/2 cup picante sause (I use med)1 tbsp parsley2 tsp taco seasoning1/4 tsp salt (I never use salt)
Saute veggies in skillet sprayed with Pam until soft. In large bowl mix remaining ingredients, then add the sauted veggies. Shape into loaf. Put in pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 for 45 minutes, or until browned. Or shape into 5 paddies and grill or BBQ. Enjoy!
