Caraway Rye Bread

Directions
1.5 cups warm water2 cups white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup rye flour2 tsp salt2 Tbsp shortening3 Tbsp caraway seeds1/4 cup molasses2 tsp yeast
Mix all together with electric mixer - knead for 10 mins. Place in loaf pan, or form into 12 buns on baking tray. Let rise for 2 hrs. Bake at 400F for 40 - 45 mins (loaf) or 25 - 30 mins (buns).
