Ingredients
1 lb. bottom round lean beef or Pulpa Negra cut in bite size pieces. (carne para cortadillo)1 medium to large onion3 large stalks celery, sliced6 carrotts, peeled and sliced4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed.2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive oil.3 tsp. Knorr Chicken Buillion powder.1/8 cup Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce.420 grams Del Fuerte Tomatoe sauce.350 grams La Costeña Diced tomatoes
Directions
In stock pot place olive oil saute onion and celery, add diced meet chunks and cook until brown, sprinkle chicken buillion and stir. Add tomatoe sauce, dice tomatoes and carrotts,cook for 15 min, add potatoes and worchestershire sauce, cook on low heat until potatoes are done.
