Ingredients
4 pds of tri tip, cut in small bites2 lg onions, shredded2 cans diced tomatoes, with water2 can green bean, without water8 garlic cloves, minced1 pd. of carrots, shredded1 medium white cabbage, shredded1 pd mushrooms, sliced2 red peppers, sliced2 packs of vegie broth
Directions
Large pot:
Brown beef first in 1 Tbsp. of olive oil
Add all incredients
Fill in 4 cups of vegie broth
let simmer for 30 minutes
Add 4 cups of vegie broth for thinning

You may add small noodles and cheese to your liking [extra calories]
