Crock Pot Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless chuck steak, about 1 1/2 inches thick, sliced thin.1 can (10.5 oz) beef consomme1/2 C oyster sauce2 Tbsp cornstarch1 lb broccoli floretsHot Cooked RiceSesame seeds
Directions
1. Place steak in 6-quart Crock Pot. Pour consomme and oyster sauce over meat. Cover; cook on HIGH 3 hours

2. Combine cornstarch and 2 Tbsp cooking liquid in a cup. Add to Crock Pot. Stir well. Cover; cook 15 mins longer or until thickened.

3. Microwave broccoli on HIGH for 3 mins. Stir into slow cooker with beef. Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
