* 0.5 cup of pineapple chunks, in 100% juice (+ a spoon of the juice with the chunks)* 20 green, seedless grapes*two large handfuls of fresh spinach, or ~ 1.5 cups* ~0.5 cup water* 6-8 ice cubes, depending on size
Add all to blender, and blend until smooth. Makes a frothy, moderately icy smoothie. Add more or fewer ice cubes to taste.
Serving Size: Makes 2 glassfuls, of about 12 oz. each
