Unbaked Cookies

Ingredients
2 c sugar1/2 c butter1/2 c milk3 c quick oats1 c coconut1/4 c cocoa1/2 tsp salt2 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a large saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk. Stir over medium-high heat until it starts to boil. Reduce to medium and cook for three minutes. Remove from heat.

Add the oats, coconut. cocoa, salt and vanilla; stir until competely mixed. Drop by heaping tablespoonsful onto pans lined with wax paper. Chill in freezer for two hours. Makes two small cookie sheets full of chewy treats.

Serving Size: About three dozen two-inch by two inch pieces.
