2 hard boiled large eggs1 tbsp of Real Mayo1 1/4 tsp of Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1 tbsp of sweet relish

boil eggs, let cool. chop up eggs, add mayo, relish and mustard with a pinch of pepper.
