Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
14 medium mushrooms, stems removed and saved1 large onion, chopped1/2 stick butter1/2 cup vegetable oil3/4 cup chicken broth1 cup progresso bread crumbs
Directions
saute chopped stems and onion in butter oil and broth; add bread crumbs and stir together; divide mixture and fill mushroom caps
