Holly's Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 C any type of noodles will do1 egg1 Cup skim milk8 0z block colby cheese4oz cheedarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
pre heat oven to 375

cook noodles according to package
shred or slice block cheese
layer noodles in baking dish with a thin layer of cheese
final layer being of cheese, top with salt and pepper

scramble egg with milk pour evenly over dish

cook in pre heated oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through and top crusted and brown

Serving Size: makes 5 3x3 in squares
