Whole Wheat Blueberry Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2c whole wheat flour1/3c sugar1 large egg1/2c unsweetened applesauce1/2tsp salt1tsp baking soda1tsp vanilla extract4 ripe bananas, mashed1/2c blueberriesraw sugar for sprinkling
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place muffin tins in muffin pan
3. Mix together applesauce, egg and sugar until creamy and light yellow
4. Mix in bananas and vanilla
5. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until completely smooth
6. Fold in blueberries
7. Spoon mixture into muffin pan
8. Top with raw sugar.
9. Bake 20-25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Note: Mine baked for 24 minutes.
