Ingredients
1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR1 EGG1 CUP LACTOSE FREE MILK OR ALMOND MILK OR SOY1/3 CUP GROUND FLAX SEED1 SMALL YOGURT CUP, ANY FLAVOUR1 TSP BAKING POWDER1 BANANA (OR USE BERRIES, AS YOU LIKE)1/3 CUP CANOLA OIL

SPRAY THE PAN WITH OIL, AND MAKE SURE IT IS HOT (DROPLET OF COLD WATER SHOULD BOUNCE OFF IT). POUR PANCAKE BATTER INTO PAN, WAIT TILL THERE ARE BUBBLES ALL OVER, GENTLY TURN AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE TILL NICELY BROWNED. THESE CAN BE FROZEN BETWEEN SHEETS OF WAX PAPER AND REHEATED IN THE MICROWAVE FOR AN EASY WEEKDAY BREAKFAST (ABOUT A MINUTE IN THE MICRO DEPENDING ON POWER OF YOUR MICRO)
