Sausage & Tomato with Grilled Pepper

Ingredients
2 Large Red Peppers -halved, cored and seeded2 Large Yellow Peppers -halved, cored and seeded1 Pack This Sausages2 Cans Chopped Tomatoes
Directions
Grill pepper until skins are blistered, put in back to sweat.
Put sausages and onions in a large shallow ovenproof dish and bake in oven for 15-20 mins, turning occasionally to colour all sides. Meanwhile peel peppers and slice into strips.
Strain any fat off sausages, add peppers, tomatoes & herbs to sausage and onions - mix & return to oven for a further 15 minutes.
Serve with rice, pasta or fresh crusty bread.
