Slow-cooker Island style pineapple ginger chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken Legs, bones and skin removed 1 15.23 oz can Pineapple Chunks, 100% Juice2 tbsp Oyster Sauce3 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Ginger Root, grated1 clove Garlic, grated1 Thai Chili Pepper, whole (optional)
Directions
Season chicken with Salt and Pepper, as desired.

Plunk all ingredients into slow cooker.

Set on low for 6 hours, more or less.

If sauce isn't think enough add a cornstarch slurry and/or continue cooking with lid off.

Serve with brown rice and stir fried veggies for complete meal!
