Cheezy Scone (Vegan)

Ingredients
*Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Flour, whole grain, 1.25 cup (remove)Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup (remove)Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 8 Tbspn (remove)Unsweetened Almond Breeze, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Makes 8 wedges.
In a bowl, rub the butter and flour together with your fingersuntil crumbly. Add nutritional yeast and milk. Use a knife to cut mixture until ingredients are combined. Form a ball. Place ball onto a floured surface and flatten to about 1" thick. TRy not to work the dough too much. Place dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Divide the dough into 8 wedges, being careful to only cut halfway down through the dough. Brush with milk. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool on rack.
