Ingredients
1-1/4 lb Lean Ground Beef1 Egg White1/4 cup Skim Milk1/2 cup Chopped Onions1 slice Whole-grain Bread--toasted/crumbledParsleyGarlic PowderBlack PepperDill Weed
Directions
Mix everything together, divide and form 6 large meatballs--just a tad smaller than baseball size.

Place in ungreased cake pan and cover with foil.

Bake for 25 minutes at 375, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
