Beef Stir fry (Fructose Intolerance Friendly)

Ingredients
Dandelion Greens, 1 cup, chopped Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1.5 cupBeef, round steak, 1 lb Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesSummer squash, 1 mediumSoy sauce (tamari), 2.5 tbspGinger Root, 2 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspShallots, 2 tbsp chopped
Directions
brown meat in garlic infused olive oil, or toasted sesame seed oil, with part of the sesame sauce.
add shallots cook until trasparent
add yellow squash
and the rest of the ingredients.
cook until squash is tender, and greens are wilted.

serve rice if you would like.
