FRITTATA: tomato and portabella

Ingredients
12 eggs1 medium fresh tomato, slicedfresh garlic, sliced thin5 or 6 baby portabella mushrooms, or one large cap, slicedgrated cheesesaltseasonings to taste
Directions
mix eggs and milk until frothy.
Pour into pie dish or other baking pan. Lightly oil if desired.
Slice veggies and float on top.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for about an hour or until cooked through.
