Crustless Stevia Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
I can evaporated milk1 can pumpkin puree2 eggs4 tsp stevia (or more, to taste)pumpkin pie spicesalt to taste (about 1 tsp)
Directions
Bake in crustless pie pan at 425 for 15 mins.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until firm in center.

    The first time I made it, it was a bit plain. Second time I made sure to add a LOT of pumpkin pie spice and also added 1 tablespoon of sugar. I also put in only about half a teaspoon of salt, as I tasted it too much in the first pie. It came out perfect! - 12/7/17
