Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 20 oz ( five 4oz breastsSalt 1/2 tsp salt Pepper, black 1/4 tspAll-Purpose White Flour, 1/4 cupRuby Red Grapefruit Juice 1/2 cupOrange Juice with Calcium, 1/2 cupDried Cherries, 1/3 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp Butter 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
1. Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2" thickness; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat; set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the juices, cherries and mustard. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter and oil for 5-7 min on each side or until juices run clear. Serve with sauce.
