1 low-salt bullion cube (beef, chicken, or veggie)4 cups water50 grams chinese rice noodles1.5 oz pork tenderloin (pre-cooked, slow roasted)1.5 oz beef roast (pre-cooked, slow roasted)1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts1/5 cup shredded red cabbage3 T cilantro, chopped1 wedge of Lime or juice of half Key Lime1/2 t fish sauce1 T hoisin sauce1(-2) tsp sriracha hot sauce
Bring bullion and water to boil. Add rice noodles and meat. Add sprouts and cabbage and take off burner as soon as it's hot. Add lime and three sauces to flavor in bowl and enjoy!
