Crustless Dutch Apple Pie w/ flax

Ingredients
5 medium apples (any type, I used fuji)2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blendground cinnamon to taste (approx. 1-2 tsp)1/4 cup Grapenuts cereal2 tbsp ground flax seed
Directions
-core apples
-slice apples into 16 equal slices (quarter then quarter again - no need to remove skin)
-toss apples in container or bag with Splenda and cinnamon

-place mixture in baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until reaching desired texture

-remove from oven and toss cooked apples with ground flax seed and Grapenuts

Enjoy warm or cold! =)
