Chipotle Dr. Pepper Pork Roast

Ingredients
*Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 32 oz*Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce, 2 serving *100 calorie can dr.pepper, 1.5 servingOnions, raw, .5 large*Lawry's Season Salt, 2 tsp
Directions
Cut onion in large chunks and put in bottom of slow cooker. Salt and pepper pork roast and place on top of onions. Dice/mash a few chipotle peppers in adobe sauce. Spread over pork roast. Pour over can of Dr. Pepper. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours until fork tender. Shred and place back in cooking liquid.
