"Del Monte" Christo pizza

Ingredients
1 Pita1 cup ham2 egg whites2 tbsp apple butter or low calorie jelly2 ounces mozzerella cheese (shredded or cut into matchsticks)3 canned pineapple rings (chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Put the pan(pizza stone in my case) you will be cooking on in there too.Be sure to use non-stick spray. Trim the edges off a pita and pull apart. Spread apple butter on the inside of the pita halves. Place pita halves on the NOW HOT tray. Add ham,cheese pineapple nleaving a space in the middle for the egg whites. cook untill the egg is done. Good Morning!
