Ingredients
To start add in a blender 2 ice cubes, 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberried, 1/2 cup of frozen banana's, 1/3 cup of pineapple, 1 small low fat yogurt ( I like it the yogurt with strawberries) and 1 cup of orange juice. Mix in blender and enjoy this refreshing smoothie.
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender...blend until all ingredients are blended. Serve with a straw or spoon.

Serving Size: makes two 6-8 oz drinks
